Online payment terms & services
Welcome to the online booking and payment platform of Mila. By proceeding with your transaction, you agree to these payment terms.
1. Governing law
Electronic payments are governed by applicable Egyptian banking and consumer protection regulations. Card processing follows authorized payment service provider guidelines.
2. Currency & pricing
Bookings and deposits are billed in EGP unless stated otherwise. International cards may incur foreign exchange fees from your bank.
3. Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the booking type (stay, day-use, or event). Contact us before requesting a chargeback. Payment may be non-refundable per the package selected at booking.
4. Payment security
Checkout uses encrypted SSL via our payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers. Never share OTPs or passwords by phone or email.
5. Disputes
For failed transactions or booking issues, contact us first. Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
